SV change dates for Sieger a joke - Page 1

Just wondering has any one out there i'm sure 100s off you have flights and and hotels booked for 08 Sieger now they change the dates, its really after pissing me off, do they know there will be 1000s of £/$ wasted because of this, plus the hassel off getting new flights which i'm finding hard unless i stay 5 days longer then i need to. or be willing to travell to a different side of german because there mistake, if this has happent to any one email SV let them know your not happy, and your out of pocket because of them. they won't reply i'm sure but will know they're wrong.

with all due respect, you have 10 months until the event. I am sure you can find any decent arrangements. For us in the U.S., the flights should be cheaper since it is after Labor Day (high season ends on that day). In addition, hotels might be cheaper as well. I read on a German board that the reason for the change is because it coincides with a major racing event in Belgium. Aachen is directly located on the border, so hotels are hard to come by. As with any large event, hotel prices go up during that time.

So to sum up, it might work well for all of us.

Ya maybe your right sorry, to pay for something and be told you just ripped up your money is quite silly of me to be pissed off . and i was,t talking about me in general i'm sure 100s have been caught the same way.

Yes, quite annoyed  we have lost money as we paid upfront for our Hotel,  booked the same Hotel but had to pay again.  We thought nothing would go wrong so paid full amount.  How wrong were we.  But we are happy we got booked in again and will either sell our booking to racing people or just go over for a weekend away before the sieger to check it out.
