We were also cheated by Zach Singleton. We purchased a dog from him back in September 2006. Against our better judgment but at his insistence we paid full price for the dog prior to delivery. Needless to say we never received a dog and numerous requests to have our payment refunded were ignored. I have filed complaints with several different agencies. To date I have not recovered any of my money.

Bob-O, thanks, but that's not the thread I was speaking of. The 2nd one you sent is actually about a DOG named Zach. The thread I'm referring to had approximately 20 replies from people that had been scammed by this guy. When I did a Yahoo search, the site that came up mentioned that "he (Zach) was hiding in my house while they tried to serve him a subpoena". When I clicked on the link....no page could be found. NOw it doesn't even come up in the Yahoo search. The page number showing was 155029.

Too bad it was taken down, because it was probably all true!
