does anyone on the island have a place that is the absolute best on having hips xrays correctly to have them certified. my female just turned 2 and i would like to get her hips ofa'd.

They do full video and digital x-rays so they don’t have to guestimate the true position of the dog at rest .
Depending on the dogs energy and stress the day of testing would determine if they should anestitize or not
they are very successfull with achieving good results
