Carebear,

For the sake's of all other GSD lovers, I think you should put your statement here to warm & discuss the matter in public. One of my friend had the same experience & I will ask him

to tell the truth here, which is much helpful for all, who will be gladful...Am I right???

Please be aware there is a scammer on this site advertising dogs for sale he does not own.  This has come to light as the dog he was advertising is a high achiever and thankfully by accident, the breeder of the dog was contacted who has stated the dog is definately not for sale and he has no idea who the advertiser is.  For more info please pm me.

I am not an attourney. Due to the disgusting "flaming" that goes on here periodically I agree that you should post the "truth" if the following will apply to you:

  • The accusing person makes their (the accusing person's) true identity known to all who may read the post. This identity must include at a minimum, their full name and address.
  • All of the facts are presented-not just a convenient few.
  • The accusing person can prove beyond doubt that the breeder/seller of this puppy/dog is guilty of fraud.
  • The person so accused can be positively identifed beyond doubt.
  • The person so accused has a chance to counter the accusation.
  • The accusation could and would be proven beyond doubt in a civil and/or criminal court. No "might be", "could be", "would be" or "should be".
  • The accusing person is prepared to file charges or assist in the filing of charges and the accompanying investigation.
  • The accusing person is prepared to lose everything he/she owns if their accusation is proven to be false and/or without merit and they are successfully sued for either libel and/or slander.
  • The accusing person is willing to see the solution all the way to finality-not just make the accusation, start a case, and then hide/avoid the case.

Are you really ready to adhere to the above guidelines as a minimum? If so, please step forward and share the news. Be aware that ANYTHING that you write and/or say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Make absolutely sure you are correct and your complaint is warranted.

Now, if you please, share your information or allow this thread to die.

Man this gets old.

I dont see any info on carebear or okia.

And who the hells oussama?

Just curious, if someones been damaged I think they would be contacting some sort of legal agency to deal with it instead of flaming here.

I would.

Bob-O,

As soon as we read your reply, we got impression that you might be one of them, who tried to stop us from telling the truth, for own benefit but this really encourages us we must need to do it for justic in orde to avoid other people from being cheaped!! For this, we have no fear of anything & anyone as we have evidence including all e-mails & even the a/c of the scammer.

Therefore, your advice are greatly grateful!!

Thanks again.

Okia, Bob-O is on the side of truth, justice, and well-being for the dog 100%. I, like most others, just stay weary of the "I said, they said" diatribe that constantly occurs here and involes a dispute or misunderstanding about the sale, purchase, and/or transfer of a dog and in the end, one (1) thing is certain-no one presented ALL of the facts.

If you have an issue that needs to be exposed, then expose it for all of us to see. Again, I no problem with the truth-the complete truth. I just thought you should be well-prepared.

Good Luck,

Bob-O
