WARNING !!!!!!!!!!!!

We got a dog Bacchus Vom Haus Mailand from them end of last year at much cost and were told all we had to do was collect him from their Kennel in UK. They would sort all the paper work needed to bring him over.......Well Bachus ended up being quarentined !!! Rabies Blood test Certificate was forged!!!!!!!!! The owner has since moved back to germany and did not pay us all the money back he promised he would pay for the quarentine fees, Would not want this to happen to anyone else EVER!

I bought from them 2 wonderful GSD without any problems, as i'm new in GS world Stefano always supported me with best advises almost everyday no matter often most of my questions are very stupid, be sure that if Stefano promised you something he will do it, maybe he just very bussy, so calm down

Well Alan

You will end up in a court!!!!!!!

As I said yesterday, take the matter to the right channel!!!!!!! or I WILL

You have bought an Haus Mailand male dog 10 month old from Germany, you had all my support and paper work, I was not responsable for the pet passport, after the problem I  gave you 1000 UK pounds for the cost of the quaranteen of Bacchus, after I advise you to take the dog back to Germany at my cost untill the matter was sorted, but you choose to put Bacchus in quaranteen. (Haus Mailand made no money from this deal) I hope this will not be taken out from this web page!!!!!

Haus Mailand was only in charge of selling the male to you, paper work was NOT done by Haus Mailand as I told you last year, you have an address and a name to contact!!!!

I hope this will stay on the coments I have nothing to fear, Haus Mailand UK and Haus Mailand Germany have DONE nothing wrong, adn never forged any papers,

Stefano

These are the kind of things that can go wrong with multiple agents/sellers and exactly who is responsible for just what.  This kennel has a good reputation and I am sure as stated above it will be sorted out.

Stefano

I disagree with your comments  as I told you back when all this happend we could not let him go back to Germany as all his  paperwork you gave me was taken by Defra untill the investagation was finished.  I called you and emailed you many times with nothing back from you!!! This is not about  the fees which is as you know more than 1000 pounds and you confirmed you would pay I have in writing!! Its about This should NEVER have happend  You have ignored all correspondence  I would hate anyone to go through this at all and as for the paper work being in order you confirmed it would be dealt with by you we had nothing to worry about well we did.

Its a shame it has to be like this when it should have been dealt with other ways.

I have also imported a dog from Stefano and would not hesitate to go back to him. He is very concerned about his dogs and follows up on thier progress. He does not just sell you the dog and disappear. Papers, were not a problem, the dog was as stated.
