Kool, Anyone can try Schutzhund with any dog. I have never known a dog that can read their own ped. No one here can make an assessment of your dog by looking at her ped on a message board. Its like anything else, you have to jump in and get your feet wet. Your girl will have to be judged on her own merit.
Your girl has some very good dogs in her ped. I told you about Bessie Vom Linsengericht's litter. Bessie is in your girl's 3rd gen, bottom side. Bessie had a littermate brother named Ben, who was a monster and anyone who ever saw him compete never forgot him. Ben was owned and handled by Thomas Allen of West Virginia. These dogs were imported by Kim of Washington DC. Kim always got the very best the Maineiche Kennel had to offer. Of course Bessie is just one link in a long chain of ancestors, but I bet there are other good Schutzhund dogs in the ped as well.
Find a Club you like and take her to watch some practices. The Club should let you and your pup just watch, until you feel comfortable doing more.

I'm a little concerned about how you've described her temperament thus far (spooky/shy/ timid). I haven't read all your posts, but I think I remember you saying she's comming around with the training and classes you've been doing with her.
The first thing that one of my trainers does with a new dog is see how confident, comfortable and "free" spirited he/she is in the new environment (the training facility). A dog that is nervous, tense, timid, shy in a new environment will not pass his first 'test". He does not send them packing but allows the dog to attend and watch to see if he gets more comfortable and comes out of his shell, or he'll tell them to work on some socialization on their own and come back.
So if she needs more socialization, just work on that for now. If she is good then give it a try.

Abhay, makes sense to me and i'll try it.
GSDFan, yes she was shy at the beginning but has changed a lot. she doesn't scare with anyother dogs these days only she doesn't like to play with them. i've taken everywhere as much as i can and she always likes to go outside. before any new place she won't come out of the car but these days she comes out and try to feel it.
she looks very confident with new environment and new places these days that's why i thought to try her and she jumps and runs and never quiet in the house. i feel she need something to do.
thanks much.
