Love those pics and    SNOW    I know you hate it   but we dont ever get any of it   so  I like it ...* 9 years ago I was in Ohio one winter visiting and went to Butler , Ohio to pic up a cocker spaniel and had to drive   15 mi pr hour and by 6 pm almost to a slow crawl to get back to Portsmouth....saw terrific wrecks including a  UPS  piggyback load  , all over the highway  with everyones packages scatter assunder....

But I had fun and had 4 shepherds with me and they had a ball in the snow   I did too.....

Dont live in it from day to day , so its not a nightmare for us ,,like it is for you.......move to Texas  Shelley.....

Those are great Shelley, he really is having fun, dont Shepherds just love the snow !!

We dont get as much snow as we used to get in the UK these days. At a guess suspect the reason must be effect of global warming. Our winters have turned milder and snow (if we get any quantity worth mentioning at all) now tends to arrive around spring time whilst our Spring April Showers seem to have shifted into the summer months and the 'shower' now resembles a downpour of bibilical flood proportions !!  Its an Absolutely Crazy world we now find ourselves living in. Anyway when we did have some snow that lasted long enough to speak of (around 12yrs ago), this was the reaction of my young boy at the time to his first SNOW ENCOUNTER.

We called him the Snow Catcher as he left his ball to try to catch the snowflakes.

Im guessing you live in the north Sue?  All we get in the West Country is lots of grey drizzle and rain.

Lovely to see pics of everyones dogs relaxing and having fun.

Jed is so handsome! And aren't they the silliest things in the snow? My two goof-balls had a blast this am, trying to catch snowballs, and wondering where they went when they chomped them! Hysterical! jh

Looks like great fun!

Do you guys usually get snow in November?

I can remember one year where we had a snowy Thanksgiving, but other than that it usually waits until December, sometimes January to snow around here.  :)  I have a bad feeling that we are going to get slammed this year too.  :(

And yes the dogs love it!  Especially the really deep stuff, one foot plus.  LOL

Let us know how much snow you get Shelly.  We are supposed to have some snow mix in late around here.
