run, none
walk or hike a few
running is really hard on growing bones, its okay for them to walk along with you, but i wouldnt advise having that young of a dog actually run any long distances.

I substitute running with swimming.It is not hard on the joints at all,plus it builds plenty of endurance and stamina....
