show prospect or not - Page 1

at what age can you tell if your puppy has any chance in the show ring, i bought a pup as a mother type to breed,  but 3 different people at my club reckon i could show her. she is 5mnths now.

Do you have a stack photo of her?  Any photo would help us give you advice.  You can start showing her at 6 months old by the way.

When you are typing you will see a square 4 places to the left of the smiley on the tool bar above.  It's yellow and has mountains and a moon. Click it and it will bring up a screen.  Hit "browse server"...this will bring up another screen...hit "browse" (through your personal pics), choose the pic and hit "upload", it can take a few minutes.  It will then put your pic on the database server.  Scroll through and find your pic name and double click.  It will put it in the window of the first screen.  On the left there are boxes, put anywhere from 350 to 400 in the "width" box and it will properly size the rest and hit "OK".  It should now be the right size in your text box and you can just hit "submit comment".

Hello All!

New to the list I am getting a puppy around the end of the yr and I need PEDIGREE HELP!!!! The puppy is 3/4 American show lines ( found most of these dogs) and the 1/4 is Euro working. This is where I need help. Anyone up for the challenge?? I have searched the data base and I my have done something wrong.

Usually whether a dog would be a show, sch, breeding or personal protection prospect is directly related to how much your original purchase price. There are certain breeders who have finely tuned ultrasound equipment which can actually record the temperament, drive and focus along with first trimenster conformation.  Therefore they price their pups accordingly.

Sorry ekam1, this is in no way directed at you but at the breeders that do this. I couldn't resist.
