Help with Czech pedigree. - Page 1

Hoping someone can help with this pedigree question. We have a male that I was trying to add to the pedigree database but have would like to fill in a couple of blanks in the 4th generation. I have the Czech paperwork but the pdb is blank. Our male's sires pedigree is in but the dam is not. The dam's dam is there but that is where I run into the blanks. I have on my papers that Dux was bred to a female named Jitka z Pohranicni Straze. Also, what does the VELMI DOBRY mean and should it be part of the dog's name in pdb?   I was already to update the pedigree but found there are 2 dogs with that name in the database, and they are not duplicates from what I see. One had "DOBRY" before the name, so I'm not sure what that means. On my paperwork I do show the CKSP 1866, which is on the second Jitka.   I think Jitka #2 is the right dog for me to fill in the blank with, based on the CKSP 1866 which is what is on my paperwork.   Any insight would be appreciated!   Annette

I think they are dupes. I would go with number 2 and I will see about removing number 1.

They both have the exact same birthdate. I also see a progeny  of  number 1 has 2 pedigrees.

People need to learn every time a title or date or whatever is added to the name field it makes that dog harder to find in the searches.

You see some of these names in the other breeds and they are 6 names long with a number and title. Good luck finding it. You might also consider talking to members GSDPACK and Dox as they made changes to the pedigrees.

Except the parents are different dogs. Jitka #1 parents are Cordon An Sat x Xandra z PS Jitka #2 parents are Bero vom Freidersdorfer Flur x Pola z PS

Looked over that minor detail.

But look at the history. The names changed on the #2 dog, it used to have the right parents.

I registered Jitka, it was copied from the ORIGINAL paperwork. So unless there are two jitkas, G Jitka z Pohranicni straze, daughter of Cordon. She should be Good unless she got better rating later.  Let me check on it.

OP, do you have the ORIGINAL Pink Pedigree from Czech Rep? You should be able to find it there.

I ment, you should be able to see who her Sire and Dam are (jitkas) I know I ren into some misinformation here before and I had to create a new dog because the one registered had different parents.
However I am not perfect and I could have made a mistake. I always copy from the Original pedigree. If I made a change then it ment the Orginal had it written as a fact.
Velmi Dobry means VD or SG. Good means Dobry, G... it is a show rating.
Now I dont remember why I registered her so I cant remember whose pedigree I copeid... Sorry.

Jitkas Reg Number is CMKU/DS/26691/96/97 I just copied it from the pedigree..original. I would contact Dax. Thse could be two different dogs. I sent an email to afriend who has the Original pedigree and she will let me know if I lost my mind registering Jitka.....

I have the original pink Czech pedigree, but the Dux X Jitka mating is the last generation on my paperwork so I had no idea which was correct. On my paperwork for info on her it says-

Jitka z Pohranicni straze
CKSP.1866-87/87/91

The dog in my pedigree that goes back to Dux X Jitka is the dog above, Cato Kleka CS. There are also 2 pedigrees for him that are somewhat conflicting.
