Hi Everybody,

I know a couple of people in my area who are playing with the breeding by putting puppies of one dog under others and then getting them tattooed. Sometime buying from the local dog market and then getting them tattooed as wel. I was wondering what is the line of action SV has devised for this kind of cheating act. I think its quite a serious offence and one should be punished on third degree level.
