do you have any idea what vet shandra will be using ? so we could send money there !

sorry to ask so many questions, but do have an idea of what size clothes her & her son wear ?

Ok She will be posting tonight    what vet  ,,,would you believe but no vet wants to touch this....!!!!!!!!   they need Hodie there....you dont get contaminated from person to person or pet to person   you have to touch the stuff or injest the fumes...the pets have been moved to front yard to help decontaminate them   naturally with sunllight....EPA will conm Thurs or Fri and meet at the house and test the pets.....She has three Drs. in touch with her , all heads of different State agencies, dealing with toxicology and the mess.....but the vet of one of the best in her area  ,,,said   a  flat no,, but no ,,no  no ....wont touch it....

Involves the state,,,,,like my son cant find a doctor because he has Workman Comp case and they dont pay on time nor do they want any treatment the doc orders...they want the cheapest and lest they can give....

anyway tonight she ran into a great dr. who is one of the SPCA Dr.;s on her crew of doctors working in the SPCA program , and he agreed to take the pets.....and first will be a blood test.....and then he willl be in direct contact with the state agencies and do what they telll him along with his knowledge.....thank goodness.....she will post his email    as Im sure he doesnt want his phone and office enidated with calls.......email would work and then his office can advise how to send money for the dogs.....Shandra has even assisted this Doctor in surgery before as her SPCA experience...has lent her much.....Thank Goodness...

Shandra wears a medium pant in sweats  and a 10 ladies in dress pants.....she is a large in sweat tops and knit tops....the coat was darted and quilted and quit small so an x large on bulky items that are fitted...she is short , 5'6 i would guess...

Her son is a 16 boys in bottoms and small mans shirts       he is 16 and slim....he is short also....maybe 5'7......

Red Cross did give her an app today   but no money and her electric on the new place has to be paid and her current house bill is due.....the electric fence, she fixed today  to keep the dogs and pups in , as she cant monitor them and they are loose in the front yard now.....he got the dog houses in the fenced area so they have somewhere to bed in the cold that came in today....

The  landlord has to fill out the ton of paperwork....red tape......she has tonight free at another motel....and hopefully will find some beds as she cannot sleep on the floor....she has herniated discs and she has to have good sleep....I have two air matresses  , so if she doesnt get anything.....I can load truck   My son has a beautiful bedroom set in barn , so I could loan her the matresses and I havae an extra bed frame , also in barn   ....so I may be heading back to her on tHURSDAY..

i SOLD DALLAS " THE  BLACK AND RED PUP , SO AFTER I GET HIM GONE ,  I WILL TRY TO LOAD THIS SET FOR HER...PEOPLE ARE JUST BUSY AND IF YOU DONT KEEP THIS IN FRONT OF THEM   THEY FORGET...SHE DID FIND OUT SHE GROOMS A DOG FOR THE SECRETARY OF A RENTAL FURNITURE STORE , SO TOMORROW SHE WILL CONTACT HER ....AND SEE WHAT SHE CAN GET.....

THANKS TO ALL.....I AM WORKING ON THIS END TO FIND THINGS FOR HER...I HAVE TWO TRAILERS....THE LARGE ON IS NO BOARDED RIGHT NOW , BUT THE    10 X 6 WILL WORK FOR BED AND I HAVE A LARGE ANTIQUE TABLE....SAVING FOR I DONT KNOW WHAT....SO  I CAN TAKE THAT TO HER...BUT IT IS HUGE  , SO MAY NOT WORK....ILL KEEP YOU POSTED AND SHE WILL BE ON HERE TONIGHT....

she will post tonight when she gets in....its cold tonight   so I hope her sweats and she gets the coat changed....will all work....I left her a pair of gloves....I hope she found them.....I worry about her...her mind is racing =from one thing to another.....but the p

RRIORITY WAS THE PUPS AND THE GSD'S TODAY AND SHE GOT THAT NAILED DOWN....

Shandra will post tonight when she get thru with all the moving  .....she groomed dogs inbetween the phone and running....She was eating supper as I talked to her tonight.....

Thanks to all......I will keep any news posted as she is quite busy but she is looking forward to talking to all of yu....I think it will help her relax.

also   i did not know,,,but shandra is also   diabetic......ouch     didnt know that and would you believe I took her some sugar free candy  ,,,that I bought for a friend that didnt come to visit as planned...always a Hand from above that intercedes......

dawg, iwasn't thinking -lol, i have a very big family-5 sisters & a younger brother 4 brother in-laws & 12 nieces&newphews, we can round up enough clothes for anyone, she sounds about the size of my mom & two sisters, i know my bother & newphew just grew out of her sons size, so ill start collecting tommorrow.   Yellow, when she gets an address could you let me now, ill ship clothes or maybe to her shop ? you could pm if you'd like. Thanks

YR is there anything else that we can provide to her at this time ??  

I can go put some $ on the Wal-Mart card tomorrow,  BUT if there are things she needs that walmart does not have is there a way of sending her some funds via Money order or check ??  Your welcome to email me the info so it's not strait public here if she preffers she can... I know she must be busy running around trying to do everything on her own,  Poor Girl this is such a mess,  Hopefully we can help from here too,  She is wayyyyy lucky you are so near there !!

     It is so nice to see that there are "still", a great deal of good hearted people out there. Everyone (most) on the board has been so nice to each other over this problem, It is really nice to see that ' Birds of a feather CAN flock togeather'.

Its on the   gsd assistance fund for Shandra      she posted it that night   so the thread is by her.....
