Ok it is raining and I have those small worms crawling up my fence outside the dog run. I am shocked, just had the dogs checked and no worms.
How do I get rid of them in the ground????

worms are natural hun. earthworms and such i doubt they are dangerous to your dog they are just happy for the rain. they get all over the sidewalks and everything.

What kind are they? I know that some can live in the enviorment & reinfest, maybe scoop some into a ziplock or specimen cup & take them to the vets. I do know that even if your dog's stools are tested clean, they can still be infested. The o&p specimen just didn't carry the parasite or it's eggs. Sad but true. jackie harris

To funny, I know they are a part of nature, but they are not the earthworms.
They are white and small. I think it a good idea for me to try and capture some, now no rain and they have gone to ground. I also will have the dogs retested. I have never seen this type here in 7 years. We have had construction going on and the cement walk has been washed down with small amounts of fecal matter into the dirt, so I am concerened of infecting the dogs.
If I saturate with bleach will that kill them?
