update on the walmart gift card info:

Some have tried to call to add XX dollars to card and were told couldnt call....

You can go the Walmart website   and  add xx dollars to the gift card listed on the other thread.....     online... using your credit card.

Maybe it is just me, but I went over Wal Marts web site and I could not find out how to add to an existing card.  If anyone knows, could you please be more specific.  Thanks.

I think you need the card number DoRight.  It's listed on one of the three posts involving donations.  I believe it's the "GSD assistance fund for Shandra" thread.

Thanks, but I have the card number and I logged into the walmart web site, and I can not find out how to put money on a card that I do not have and someone else has.  I don't think it can be done online unless you have the card pin number, which is not feasible as that would allow any of us to use it online to spend.  You might be able to add money to an "online" walmart gift card, but that is not what we are dealing with here.  I do not think that it can be done as described, online.  I will have to try something else.  Go to Wal Mart and do it on person, with the card nuimber in hand, I guess.

I guess so, Do Right....Shandra told me there is a  word : gift card and you click on it....thats all she said ....they told her at walmart that people can ad to any wm gc online.....Kids go to college and parents click on line  maybe they bought it online...I dont know....would call the service desk and ask them ,,,,if card is purchased in the store , can you ad to it online ,,,and you dont need the pin to add money,,,just to use it....'

If someone checks on this , post please what walmart says....Im up to my chin with repairs  here, and both thumbs are raw with washing hands and the dry weather makes them sore....because I washed my hands too much yeasterday....

and I may forget tomorrow to do it...

I just got a call from Kristie Lemmon, the lady that is with the Environmental Managment that has been at the house everytime EPA has been out. Anyways. she called to tell me that EPA is havingdifficulty locating a contractor to do the clean up. She said it looks more like they will not be able to start until sometimes after thanksgiving. Takes 2 weeks or so to clean up. So maybe by Christmas I will know something LOL

I was supposed to get the test results back on the kidneys yesterday, the lady at the Texad Dept of Health said she would call me as soon as she had the results, but that it would definately be yesterday. Welp, I called her this morning to find out what the results were and guess what?? She is out of the office until Tuesday :( The lady that answered said that she would call wanda and give her my number so that she can call me with the results.
Dont folks understand the stress all of this not knowing is causing me? Holy cow, all I want are some simple answers that totally affect my life.. How hard can that be??

My sis is coming up this evening , I have to work tomorrow so she is oin to hang uo at another friends how but we are going to spend the day sunday fishing on the river, I need some relaxation time for sure.
