Has anyone ever dealt wtih this? My girl has a lump about 6 inches from the base of her tail that was tender. I took her to the vet worried it was a growth of some sort. He expressed infection and said it was very infected. It's about the size of that big marble that comes in the marble bag.
My problem is she is on a naturapathic treatment for Valley Fever. Vet said at some future point it should be removed but not until the treatment is done, at least 3 more months. Does anyone have any ideas to make it less tender and infected?
