Laurabolin is the favorite of Greyhound Racing Kennels.   I never believe in giving a blanket dosage as the site below does, because some Laurabolins are 25mg per ml, while others are 50mg per ml. The strength of the product below is 25mg per ml. the dosage instructions say 10mg per 10kg. body weight or per 22lbs. In other words for an 88lb bitch she would need injections of 40mg every 3 weeks. = 1 and three fifths cc injection.

Anabolic Hormones - The following will keep most bitches out of season:

  • Injections of 1/2 ml of Durateston or Laurabolin every 2 weeks.
  • Injections of one (1) ml of Durateston, Laurabolin, or Boldebal H every 4 weeks.

Side Effects :

  • Bitches may become very aggressive and "fight".
  • They may become sullen and depressed causing then to race poorly.
  • They may develop bladder and vaginal infections.
  • Bitches may develop a clitoral enlargement.

Excessive Use in both bitches and dogs can cause infertility.

after re-reading the dosage instructions for the InterVet product, it says 20mg for any dog over 10K or 22lbs. According to these instructions an injection of 1cc would more than suffice for a large bitch.
