VA Titles - Page 1

Is there any where in the World  outside of Germany  judged by SV judges where VA Titles are awarded in conformation shows where there is no protection/ TSB taking place. Also since the last meeting of the SV which took place after the German Sieger Show 2007 do you know of any country who might be looking to award these Titles without protection/TSB.

The sieger shows where there is no protection the highest conformation rating is V. No VAs are awarded. There would need to be a rule change prior to awarding VA without protection work.

Ilse, I do believe there will be some in the U.S. that disagree with you.  I would think a VA achieved in the U.S. does mean something.

In the US and in any other place in the World do they have to do Protection/TSB to achieve the Status of VA ? , this was my original question, apart from one posting it would appear that for all those that have viewed this Topic "NO ONE" awards or are going to award VA without the same requirements that are required in Germany. I would like to thank those who have taken the time to reply to this posting.

a Va in the US ,,means,, ($) maybe something  for  the US,   but was it not the VA 1 sieger of the US  who ran as a coward from the helper  at the Siegershow in Braunsschweig ???   10 of 30 get VA ,  what will these dogs archive in Germany?? with a average V dog you can make a Va  in the Us, so tell me what   is the value?
