Alright so I almost bit it on the first escape...ha-ha.  Maybe he saw the "newbie" sign above my head...he's a freakin' bully!

Good for you!!  You'll probably catch heck from alot of people on here but I think its terrific to see women doing helper work.

I think the one thing that people don't talk enough about, is lower body strength and footwork. The core of any helper is in the lower body.  Speed, balance, strength, and stability all come from your lower body  and footwork.   

Be aware of the position of your sleeve at all times.  The sleeve has to be in a position to quickly raise it into the proper presentation.  You wouldn't go to a gunfight with your pistol in the back of your pants. 

Very nice to see a Lady do what most men cannot or won't.  I wish there were more men out there like you.  Willing to help others. 

Don't tell me you bring beer to the club too.  If you say that, I am going to be very jealous of your club.
