V Quno vom Annenhof - Page 1

I don't know why the picture posted twice, but I wonder if anyone has any information on this dog, his whereabouts, who owns him, & if he is being shown, or schutzhund or if he is standing at stud... or if he is even alive??? He should be, barring some unfortunate occurance. Being V rated, he should have some sort of career, hopefully. I am basically just being nosey...he is very handsome, and I am very curious! Hi jackie, Quno moved from Berlin to  Aalborg in Denmark, and he belongs to Kennel Werenberg now.

I happen to be a member of the same small schutzhund club as his owner, and the best I know, he is doing just fine.

Thanks, Gunnar! Quno is a very handsome dog! There is just something about him that appeals to me, he seems to be full of spirit. Thank you for the info & the links! It will be a lot of fun to follow his career and his progeny's careers! jackie harris

You are welcome Jackie, and you are right, he is full of spirit and drive :) According to this very pedigreedatebase, he has SCHH3 and is a legal stud. It seems like he moved to Denmark along with 2 of his littermates, Quanto and Quindi

Er ist in 2007 erstmals überregional geführt worden, hat am vergangenen Wochenende seine erste Qualifikation für die LGA 2008 bestanden.

Er ist Leistungsrichter der LG Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein. Quno wird von seiner Frau Manuela geführt.

Jens-Peter selbst führt den vonmir gezüchteten Otto vom Schmiedegarten.

I am as bad to read german as you Jackie, but according to babelfish, Ute is basically saying that the dog now belongs to Jens Peter Fluegge, and you can communicate with him in English :)

I have no reason to argue, but it just means that the dog has been sold back to Germany, and it seems that he is in very good hands with Jens Peter.  I am trying to reach the "former" owner on the phone now, since I am getting a little curious  :)

Thank you Gunnar, I am way over my head, as far as language translation goes. I am very happy to learn more about Quno, and the gentleman who was our club's helper, Kyle, is a big fan of vom Schmeidegarten dogs, particularly Exe. I am a complete novice to Schutzhund, but I want to learn, & I love GSDs, and I know when I see a dog that has that 'look' that I love. I have 2 Gsds, my bitch is linebred on Fanto vom Hirschel, and my male is from vom Arolser Holz lines. Neither is titled as yet, but I am learning, and as I am able, they will be titled, for it is my lacking, not theirs. Thanks for all your help! jh
