Same male puppy. 7 months. Which picture is better? And puppy critique please.

Nice puppy , Second picture is much better.  I think the top line is very nice, nice neck,  good bone,  rich pigment, nice pasterns. Will be a big boy when all said and done.

Would of like a blacker saddle and mask with more a stop.  JMPO

I really like the 2nd picture, too.  Sorry, I can't  "critique" because I don't know enough about conformation.  I do think he's very nice looking.  The word that comes to mind is "balanced"  My dogs never look this good at 7 months, they are geeky!

Boy is he nice. I would love to see a pic of his brother.

Since your encouragement to throw in coments/opinions I will share. First, there are probably many like myself that do not know show lines and feel unqualified to offer an opinion. Also, I detest flatery ( phony compliments ) so I seldom coment unless there appears to be something more to the request such as " my vet said he is ugly " and I feel their is a need to say something to put things in perspective. 
Having said that I will say that to me he is a nice looking dog, I like the top line, looks solid,( not wet ) , looks like he will be a good size boy and for 7 mo. looks like he will have a nice masculane head.  At 7 months I think they are usually at their ugliest stage, lanky, gangly, ackward, and loose. He looks very good to me for 7 months. Good luck with him and I hope you enjoy him very much.

One of the better 7 month old pups I have seen.  Everything about him appeals to me.

2nd pic is obviously the better of the two.  The pics look as if they are scans of photo's, and not with a digital camera and uploaded to your computer.  Not sharp and clear, but good enough to see that this dog is very nice.
