Still NO PAPERS on Purchased MALE !! - Page 1

I've seriously lost my patience with the individual we purchased our male from,  We still do NOT have his papers,  I sent her every freaking dime she asked me to,  when she asked me to,  and I STILL don't have his papers,  I attempted to DEMAND (like the seller always did) to have the papers sent out on Tuesday,  AFTER I had Faxed a copy of the last payment via Money Order, a copy of the CERTIFIED Envelope,  and a handwritten note from the owner of the Mailing Made Easy company saying that it was mailed with the contents on the copy from her facility !!   

This has been the MOST Disturbing Transaction I have ever had the Misery of dealing with !!

First the Shipping MESS !!!   Where NO ONE could contact them,  NOW THIS !!

I'm venting.....and curious,  WHAT Recourse do I have ????   ANY Suggestions are welcome and appreciated.

Yea, hire Abhay to go deal with this woman or man  ,,,,,and then post their name   I would not be as nice as you are...no way,,,,papers go with dog......dont give me the crap , its imported    she shouldnt have sold dog here in US if they didnt have the appropriate papers......

Hate to say it,  but did you check out these people   Has anyone else you know dealt with these people..???????? Put out the name   let someone email or call her or him and say    Database people are reading about you   not so good    take care of business or else...your name is mud     

Breeders should be  held to immediate standards of business,,,,You make a deal with honesty and show the proper papers and with very prompt issueance...  When they say  oh no paper yet , because they are still in Germany.....well...a Man in Houston Texas tried that ,,and guess what....he has three felony theft charges on his arse.......he lied    the dogs were born right here in USA of a dyslpasitic female....so hope this doesnt turn out bad for you  Echo    but Id be livid.....

The papers "Supposedly" are with the seller,  or were,  hopefully they ARE in the freaking mail....  BUT Geezo,  I'm pretty sure MY last payment has been received WHY is it that I am not YET receiving the papers ??

There are a few here on the DB who knows who this person is,  I have NOT put the name out,  That's not really what I am about...  I don't like the MUD Slinging matches that go on here anyway I'm not about to START one, 

So to those of you who do know PLEASE DO NOT OFFER IT UP !!!   I can tell you this,  1/2 of this party I had spoken to a while back because I really liked they're dogs.... that 1/2 was REALLY good to speak with,  The 1/2 I dealt with,  NOT so much !!!  I understand there is a parting of ways in the midst and that is why I ended up dealing with the 1/2 I did,  I wish it had been the other 1/2 but hey wishes are dime a dozen...   I do not Personally know anyone who has dealt with this individual,  NOR did I ask for refferences other than with the vet,  but still did NOT receive that either....

So, she or he is selling the dog for somone else?  not their dog?

The dog should be registered with the AKC by now - easy enough to check - if not you should ask why - maybe a red flag.  If this dog is from Germany the seller would have needed a bescheinigung in addition to the pink papers.  If they haven't registered the dog with the AKC then you will still need to get this from them with the paperwork and the appropriate paperwork filled out by the AKC.

If it is not from Germany, then it will need some type of export stamp on it paperwork.

Id give them 24 hours or you are taking action ,  legal action    ...someone that wont answer emails and phones and wont be available when you airport a dog,,,is not doing business in a proper manner........

Laws in this country are so lax   they will get by with it  , also  ...They actually know Echo isnt going to knock on their front door.....surprise.....she can send someone else with a proxy.....

Pretty easy to figure out where the dog came from..........

triodegirl,  maybe for some here on the DB but for some maybe they won't,  anyway it's not about Bashing the seller,  I just want to know what if any recourse I have if I don't get these freaking papers on this dog...  which I am NOW seriously having my doubts about,  I have sent emails with no response,  and have made calls as well,  I am wondering now if the papers do even exist....

I guarantee YOU the seller WILL get the opportunity to meet me face to face if I don't have them papers by THIS FRIDAY,  cause I WILL be knocking on the door come next week and it won't be a hi how are ya kind of meetin,  It will be give me them freaking papers before I rip you lying lips off your face kind a meetin....

if the papers are not here by WED this week,  I may send the police over to the home to give them a reminder !!!!!  Theft by deception is NOT a good charge to have when your in the business !!!!

If it comes to all that,  I may let you all know who this person is,  But until then I would rather not cause a big spoon party.

Im so sorry this has happened, and will be watching as we all will to see how you do ,as well as how to prevent this from happening I ,as im sure many would like to purchase dogs on a level playing field. I think we are so use to laws that dont apply in other countries, but i do have to admit that everyone here has great advise on who to trust and not .I do agree that a name put out here does do the job,it cant hurt and may save someone else from the same thing, wont help your lose and i do wish you the best,Im sure we would all do are part to help if we knew what would work .

I have no suggestions for this dealing your in, but I have learned some lessons from the past and hopefuly help your future dealings as well.  Quite a few years ago I purchase a Rott from Germany. Great dog and great working pedigree but no pink papers when I expected. I contacted the importer and was told over and over that the papers were coming ( like the checks in the mail ). I was convinced that I got burned but after a year of checking the mail every day the papers finally showed up. That was one long year that caused me too much grief.

The lesson learned, I will never purchase a dog of any value without going directly to the breeder. I don't care if it is in bum... Egypt. If I purchase a dog from the Czech Rep. I will fly over there and get the dog. Real simple. Pay a little extra money, go have a good time and get what you want when you want it. Good luck
