I would like to know if some of you more experienced trainers can give some helpful insight on how to properly imprint for the retrieves in the future???My pup is 4.5 months old and when we play with the ball she fetches it,but then she will run and try to hide the ball..
Should I play fetch with her while she is on the long lead and tell her to bring,then reward her??
Any insight will be greatly appreciated.

Have her on a line, also play with 2 balls.
