EKvonEarnhardt

I am looking at ads and even one of my own dogs (ears) and asking when are the ears too big or the eyes too round? Is it just me or are others noticing this too?

EkVon,

I think this subject has been touched on a while back.  It does seem to be that a lot of the dogs are looking like they have larger ears.  Sometimes, it's just that the dog has to "grow" into them but, others, the ears always seem to overwhelm the dog.

I however, sort of like the bigger ears too.  (Of course, when I was a baby, my Mother was said to have called me "dumbo".)

My youngest male is fondly refered to as "Donkey Boy"! He hasn't grown into his ears yet. At 9 months he has adult ears, and an almost adult head. Sadly, I think we should have named him Nester. Does anyone remember the old Christmas Cartoon, Nester the Long Eared Donkey? that's my boy!
