See you in St. Louis - Page 1

I'm throwing stuff and dogs into the van and trailer this morning, preparing to make the 930 mile trip to the NASS. Hope to see some of you there!

Have a good trip Shelley, and I hope you have fun and much success out there.  I made that drive to the AWDF and it's a LONGGGGGGG one.  I don't envy you that long drive.  I was tired of sitting and driving before I was even out of PA!

I am 'way late leaving and probably won't get out of here till after 1:00pm as it is, but the War Dept. gave me a blank check about an hour ago to make up the difference between having enough to go and not, so I'm off.

I dread the drive there, but dread the return trip more. Thank goodness for books on tape!

+ Gabi is in heat. She'll probably be ready while I'm gone, so I guess I'd better take her to, rather than miss her estrous. The last thing I need is a female in heat on this trip, but there's no choice.  I wasn't even going to breed her back to T, but such is the luck I won't have a chance to take her anywhere else this time. At least she's an easy traveler.

Okay, time to get cracking again. Like I said, I'd all but given up going so I haven't prepared much. Clean clothes, dirty clothes: all going in the suitcase and I'll worry about it when I get there. Ha ha ha.

I don't hold a lot of hope for much success with my gray entries, but I'm hoping to have fun anyway! :)))

It'll be nice just to get away from the patch for a few days and "talk dogs" with my friends.
