Dog's nose print similar to human fingerprints?? - Page 1

I read somewhere a while back that no two dog nose prints are the same,
and under some circumstances they use them for identification.

Has anyone ever heard of this, or know someone that nose printed and 
recorded their dog???

idk, but that would be cool if you could do that....would prob be cheaper and less invasive then tattooing or microchip.....
