Shelley,
The Czechs use this breed survey. They IMO have an excellent system of evaluating a dog. Can't remember off hand how to pull it up, but it shouldn't be too hard to find.

Someone directed me to the website but now I can't find it.  But I'm sure if you google czech dog breed survey's it will probably bring up something like a graph chart that explains it.  I found their system to be rather interesting myself and wondered why the US doesn't do this also??
