give him a cow hoof every day to chew on or round steak bones raw.....cottage cheese everyday for three months buy it at Sams in the US in big containers......for the calcium the exercise of jaw needs to be every day to strengthen the ligaments to the ear from Jaw also give Ester C and vit E along with the raw meat .....If hes a large dog it may correct Ive never used taping and quite frankly , it it needs taping I wouldnt want to breed that dog.....ears are heritary if they are soft...
some breedings just dont jive and the ears are one of the faults....I bred the Tiekerhook to one female I owned and it just wouldnt give me any pups with firm solid standing erect ears...they stood but fluttered in the wind when dogs ran.....never bred that again...
