The German Shepherd Club of Germany (SV) lists the SV registration numbers on the peidgrees. They start with SZ and are followed by that dog's registration number...

I think the conversion default is when you go to AKC for the pedigree, it doesn't list any titles in the pedigree, I have found this to be the case with my dogs, I may be wrong, and probably am, thats just what I think happens, ,and to address another thread,
When people put a pedigree in the database and list UNKNOWN parents, are these dogs not registered with AKC also. For a little bit of money, you buy the pedigree, the parents have got to have reg.numbers and names. If you are interested enough to list your dog in the data, why not pay for the research pedigree?
I would think that other registries must require the parents names and reg. numbers to be registered.
I spend hours and hours looking up my dogs lines, I also go through the OFA database and research that. I just find it all very interesting
