Thanks Jyl, The timing was perfect. Our club Helpers just went through Helper certification and a seminar this last weekend. Having this video to watch over and over and to refer to will be helpful to them, AND to our dogs. The dogs will have their best chance to show themselves well if the helper work is correct.. I love the way it shows examples fo both the good and bad techniques.....JGA
