Until this year , my son has never missed a race ...travels all over to see them THIS VIDEO IS A MIRACLE IN OUR EYES.....FORCE LEFT HIS CAR ON HIS TIRES IN REAR AND FLIPPED AND SURVIVED .......TWO BROKEN LEGS AND TWO WRISTS..
ENIS , TEXAS IS A TWO HOUR DRIVE FROM ME....I MISS TAKING A SHEPHERD AND GOING....
The motel we use to stay with in Ennis, changed hands and they made a new rule ,,,no german shepherds in the rooms....So we camped by a river near by......One of my shepherds was hit by a truck racing in the parking lot many years ago as we demoed him to spectators...Everyone knew YAP and looked forward to seeing him every year....he was ok but it damaged his spine which didnt show up till 5 years later at 8 years old,,,,his vertebrae dissenigrated over the leg we took a chip out of ...it was the direct vetebrae over the leg...vet said we probably should have done spinal exrays back when ,,but he didnt even limp .....the elbow was bleeding so we exrayed it and found the chip that was surgically removed....
Force is a luck man....I made this a dog related thread because my family always was in attendance to the races with one or more of our shepherds......they loved the people and we always made a big specktical as my son loved to demo Yap and ZU....
