at what age a bich should be Retired?

Depends on the bitch. What is her condition now, was she well kept during her lifetime, was she bred early and often, was she allowed to fully mature before being bred. Too many questions for a one size fits all answer. I've seen some that should be retired at 5-years, others look great at 8-years.
