Options Plus Kennels and dog houses. - Page 1

I would just like to take a moment to comment on my Options Plus Kennels that I purchased back in June of this year. 

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL AND I LOVE THEM!!!!  And I love the company customer service as well!!!

Unfortunately, Monday I had to return 5 of the dog houses that I purchased from them.  In the process of our moving, I misplaced my receipt.  When I got to their facility, I explained to the gentleman that, although I really liked the houses, and the one I kept works great for my 2 Lhasa's, they were simply to small for my GSD's.  (I purchased the Largest houses they made).  Anyway, I figured, because I didn't have my receipt, and it had been so long since I purchased them, that there might be some sort of re-stocking fee, which I did not have a problem with.  BUT NO.....  they actually gave me a full refund!!!  When I explained to him that I had to "rig" up one of the kennels because my big male likes to jump on it and bent the brakets, he GAVE me brackets to replace them at no charge!!! 

I truly can't say enough good things about this company and their customer service.  I will definately recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Ditto - We purchased 2 modular kennels and they are not only strong, holding up to high rust conditions, but versitile to boot!  Will go there for additional kennels when we need them!
