I'm interested in an Itar/Yaxi pup at dragongsd.com and wonder if someone can help me figure out the pedigree. (I'm lost when it comes to the Czech dogs.) I found Itar on the database but I'm having no luck with Yaxi. (You can find Yaxi on the females page.) Would really appreciate the help if someone could find Yaxi on the database. The website is a bit cluttered so maybe that's part of the problem. Also, does anyone see a hip rating for her? Thanks!

I think this is her.

That doesn't look like the right female. I followed the link and came up with Moxi Alpinedragon. I was looking for Yaxi. But thanks for the help.

Asking Dragon her self would be the best bet. As far as the puppies go awsome puppies from what I seen. I just got a Dragon dog and I am very please with my female. Could not of asked for more and a great price too :)

Yaxi isn't actually on the database but I did manage to figure out who her sire and dam are.  That is a very confusing website!

Here is Yaxi's pedigree:  http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/gsd/para.utkoma?fadir=496794&modir=508494

MI GSD, thanks!  I couldn't find Yaxi's dam. There's a lot of information on the dragon website, it just seems to be spread out all over the place. I also have trouble reading small print so those pedigrees she posted were almost impossible for me to make out. Thanks again.

I too, have wondered how in the heck to actually read a pedigree.  I don't really understand much about any of my dogs pedigrees.  I just know they have them, lol.  Any chance anyone can also help me with Chaos's?  Let me know what you know about it, or think about it.  Be NICE now, lol.....

WOWWW, I just clicked on translate page, lol.  I was able to read his dad's pedigree that I couldn't before.  That is so kewl, lol.  His dad's name in english is V Konrad of the two lions.  That's awesome.  I didn't know you could do that.  Google is great, lol.

SW, how do you keep Chaos looking so nice? I've been going through global shedding here in Green Bay. Last time I had Trigger groomed I asked for a blow dry. He looked good at first but now I can't get his coat untangled, especially on his belly and back legs. Same thing with all the fringe. And no matter how much I brush the rest of him, he leaves a ring of black hair on the carpet every place he sits or lays down. I'm wondering if the hot weather this summer has resulted in an especially bad year for shedding. And believe it or not, I'm thinking of buying another longcoat. LOL!!!

I actually don't have to do much with Chaos's coat.  I do brush him like about every other day though.  All of my shepherds are still blowing coat though it seems.  When I do brush him, I don't get much out of him either though.  My groomer used a rake last night before she bathed him, and she did get more than I get though.  Then she blew his coat out good.  After she was done drying him, she brushed him again and hardly got anything.  His undercoat got a real work out last night.  It's great though, that even though he does have the same undercoat as my short coats, he doesn't shed as much as they do.  I was very surprised to find that out.
