Tattoos - Page 1

I acquired a beautiful red and black male GSD 6 months ago (allegedly 2.5 yrs old German born) and was promised all papers right away.  Dog was delivered without papers.  Still no papers and or registration info provided and the seller has "disappeared".  All I know is that his training name was Dodge and he has tattoo BHHJFK.  I have been unable to trace the tattoo to find German registration info.  Does the tattoo look familiar or can anyone advise how to trace it?
