DOSE MOVEMENT COME FROM GENES??????????MEANS IS IT GENETIC OR SHOULD IT BE DEVELOPED, BY GIVING SOME EXECRISE.

by Goran on 11 September 2007 - 11:09

IMO a correctly assembled or constructed dog moves fantastic. Correct assembly or construction comes from good breeding.

To me good movement evantually comes from genes. A well trained dog with faluts in structure will show flaws in movement.

However expests on this board will have a better insight into this area of breeding GSDs......

sorry ... read that as 'experts'

It comes mainly from the conformation and of course that is genetic. However it can be influenced, good or bad, by excercise.

The whole idea of confromations classes in any species comes from the idea of "Form to Function". Of course then somewhere things always have a tendency to awry in a sense...
