Who would you all say are the modern day top 3 working line studs available and why??
Thought this would be an interesting topic..

I'm being biased, but my vote is Gerro Leryka, the sire of my new girl, Danica (Samba z Elbu) Not only does he have the looks, health, titles and excellent bloodlines, but he has the famous "Titus" in his Pedigree. Check Gerro out, he's something else!
PS. He's Czech lines

Asko von der Lutter defiantly holds spot nr 1 , he sure is a living legend top placing dogs around the world are sired or grand sired by him !!
Aron Bracheler See hold up his top spot and so is his sire Yoschy Dollenwiese who in return come over the top producing dof fero vom Zeutener Himmelreich
Troll and Ally are also super producers and are top in their own right :))
have not heard of gerry leyrika nor his prgrny so I can not comment
I feel especially fortunate to have the oppertunity to raise Asko pups very soon !!! The bitch is no slouch either <BIG SMILE >

Let's add one more part to the question:
We've got some who's and why's.
How about where are they located? (if still living and producing)
by Connor on 11 September 2007 - 02:09
Pascha vom Glockeneck --- produced dogs that produced Asko!
Vico vom Wolfendobel-produced some really nice dogs in fact look at all of V-litter wolfendobel and see all the top progeny they all produced and there grand and great grand progeny production.
Verwin vom Blitsaerd
I have a list more old blood and you can see how they are at there prepotency through genetic history.
Now on this Asko right now living legend and stud galore but not being bred to garbage either only good working dogs.
There are many many top studs in the world just depends on how they are paired two great dogs not paired correctly giving nothing but ok dogs. There are many top sport dogs in the U.S. just poor training or lack of training. If the U.S. got together and put a collective unit of training together with clubs around every corner, and people willing to train with others without charging people to train than we could have a much more competitive sport all over the fifty states.
But our own ego's and physicall distance between everyone is our biggest obsticles.
No slamming I use to charge now, its free just come to my place and I love to get out and work the dogs!
