Lots of rule-type questions lately, so here is another:)
Hypothesize that I have a male with BH-Sch3 under USA/SV judges. Let's say he has a show rating of SG. Neither of his parents are Schutzhund titled.
Can this dog receive a breed survey (KKl 1or 2) through UScA?
I see nothing in the rules that say it would not be possible, but I am pretty sure it could not be done under the SV rules.

He would need to complete the requirements for the breed survey, hip and elbow certification, and AD. Show rating would have to have been done under a USCA acceptable judge.
Once he had met the requirements he would be eligible for a breed survey. The status of the parents have no effect on the breed survey.

per Dog1:

Thank you, that is what I was wondering!
