I posted her dob, hips and elbows in the previous post. She was born 15 Apr.1998, hips are c/b (one hip "c", the other hip "b"), elbows 1/1

What does the c/b mean and 1/1 what would OFA say on those readings?

She had to be titled, Europeans do not breed untitled dogs, she also has to be breed surveyed but I do not know either.
