A friend of mine rescued a GSD female that appears to be of German show lines from a shelter on the east coast. The tattoo is either MA51TC5 or HA51TC5. Does anyone know who the breeder might be?

M or H - region code for the breeder
A - tattooer's code
5 = born in 2005
1T -- this should be the breeder's code, which is 2 letters, so it is more likely to be IT
C = litter letter
5 = puppy #
