well, here is the one i found on AOL....Pit Bulls Break Into Home, Maul Woman - AOL News

by ProudShepherdPoppa on 22 August 2007 - 12:08

Zack Martin said he owns one of the pit bulls, a 2-year-old female named Betty, and was taking care of the other, a male named Tank, while his owner was out of town. Martin said he had Tank chained up in his backyard because of a past incident in which the two dogs got out and caused trouble together, but he allowed Betty to run loose in the fenced backyard. On Tuesday, he found the chain broken and both dogs gone.

"We never saw it coming," he said. "They're the kinds of dogs you'd let play with your babies."

Idiot

Now, that's scarey.  I never did like those doggie doors.

Wonder where the service dog went?

PSP, you're right; "IDIOT".

I found it interesting the serivce dog was not hurt, and the neighbors dog came over to try and save the day. I hope that Jack Russell has a special bone waiting for him at Rainbow Bridge. This follows with "do you know what your dog would do".

Who is kidding who> Tank chained up in his backyard because of a past incident > We never saw it coming," he said. "They're the kinds of dogs you'd let play with your babies."

YR for being on a GSD forum you sure do like to post a lot about Pits...... Is it some kind of turn on for you????

BYB's are destroying this breed. I heard it proposed that certain breeds prone to extreme aggression should require a license before you can breed or own them. At the time I first heard this I was against it, but the APBT would make a perfect candidate for this type of regulation. I pity owners of good well adjusted APBT, it tears them up whenever this type of thing happens.
