I upload the pic to my Photobucket account. Copy the URL link in Photobucket. Make sure that the pic isn't too big, this one is 160 X 141 pixels, about right. Otherwise your pic will distort the whole thread. Then in the Reply box click on the insert/edit image icon (looks like a little post card.) Paste the URL from Photobucket in the pop up box, click OK and VOILA ! Your pic should come up as a preview.

Hit the second yellow square a box comes up click load hit browse got to whatever folder your pics are in pic the pic open then click on send to browser wait for it to say your pic has successfully been uploaded in a little square with a yellow triangle with a word OK,l
I then go to the little box on left and enter 350 or 400 myself in box backspace any other numbers in the little top box if there is any in it....too big if over 400 then click ok at bottom of box and in a few minutes on my dial up they load
You then can click enter again and click on yellow box at top on second line dont mess with top box with yellow mountain...second line box,,,,and do another pic anything lower than 400 will be ok bigger takes up whole page and those of us with dial up ,,,,,we cant wait for them to load so we never see those pics......and we cant post on the site then it stops us as it has to load on our pc before we can repost....
That is how I do it and no problem just slow dial up sucks......

the easiest way i've found to do it is to first load pic onto photobucket, when you look at your album click on the pic you want to make it actual size, at the top of the pic it will have a resize option that will auto make it message board size---after resizing i just copy and paste directly to comment box....p.s. you wrote that you cut and paste, cut only cuts the pic out, you want to copy and paste...
