I've used grizzly and it does make their coats nice and shiny. I found it was best to start with small amount and work my up because of taste and stools can get loose. My dogs ate it but one of them didn't seem to absorb it well and her coat felt almost oily. I give her Dynamite Showdown which works really well too. Super soft coat, nice shine but not quite as good as the oil.

I've used K-9 Show Stopper and liked the results and the dogs love it! Also right now I am using Canine Complete. They continue to look good but I think they prefered the Show Stopper. I feed RAW like you, sometimes I wonder if I need to supplement or if its just to make me feel better. I tried Salmon Oil and my dogs didn't like it but do like canned fish. So I sometimes ad salmon or fish caps.

Safflower oil would be better than olive oil. Even WalMart grocery section has it.
I use Nupro Silver, and have been very happy with the results. The good news is that I don't think there's any one "magic bullet". It sounds like you're off to a good start anyway. Kudos to you for taking your dogs nutrition seriously.

I only use Linatone daily and fish oil caps a few times a week, while feeding RC GSD24. I have nearly whipped the shedding problem doing this and her coat looks fantastic.

i only see this problem with her itching when she blows her coat and it drives me CRAZY!
thanx schbabe, my dogs eat better then people.

I know, I put it on her food and she looks at me like "Did you HAVE to spoil my good dinner?" But she will evenually eat it.

PSP, Mix the linatone with yogurt (vanilla flavor works for me) it kills the taste and mine loves his flax seed oil which tastes very similiar.
I believe the Linatone is a derivative of flax seeds.
