what does Kkl 2 below a dogs name mean?

by Alabamak9 on 21 August 2007 - 12:08

That is his/her breed survey type in Korung and search the web and it will explain in details what it means.

Breed survey.  Koer Klasse 2 (if I've got my German spelling right).

Kkl1 - recommended for breeding

Kkl2 - suitable for breeding

Kkl3 - don't even friggin' think about it

I'm pretty sure on the first two, but I think my translation of Kkl3 is a bit garbled.  ;)

Confirmation and temperament test done by a certified judge under specific guidelines.

yup - breed survey.  If you check out the USA website and list of club events you'll often see clubs hosting conformation shows and breed surveys the same weekend.

Don't feel dumb about asking.  It's better ask and get the answers than remain ignorant.

btw, julie i would consider your dog a dark grey sable.  don't know if anyone answered that for you.....

i'm lucky my dogs because of the HGH title do not have to pass an AD.  There is a lot of running involved to get the HGH title.
