Check out the line breeding on this pedigree. Is this too close and a bit too much or is it just me?

Uh, yeah, breeding half siblings, that is terrible IMO! Also, what is with that name? Talk about a BYB..... No titles, hip ratings, anything!

seriously!
I like the one's that you see on "newest pedigrees" that have "no information on sire or dam"

what does hd ausland mean?

by VomFelsenHof on 01 August 2007 - 04:08
allaboutthedawgs,
hd ausland (literally "out land") means the dogs' certification was done in a country other than Germany. ;)

Rez I agree with you asbout the no info pedigrees. I feel like what's the point of listing the dog if it is not going to add anything to the database.

mother-son breeding. nice...

That last one has to be a mistake! They must have mistakingly put the dam in there twice. Anyone that is that stupid would find it too difficult to even find this site, let alone register a dog.

Could it be an uncaring experiment to try to surface hidden recessives? If the progeny are okay, you know the lines are likely to be devoid of recessive problems. But why then make it public, here?
