I just wanted to thank you all for letting me join in the discussions. I am a newbie, no longer interested in breeding and SH. I was headed that way by God handed me 3 dogs that needed a home instead of a death warrant for genitic problems. I would never breed them ever, but I appreciate all the information you all have to offer, It is nice to know I am not insane. At least not alone. Dog lovers are awesome people I thought I was going above and beyond in keeping mine happy but I see there are just as many crazies out there as me...
I'll spend the rest of my days doing GSD rescue.

Yes, I think you'll find that about 75% of the posters here are certifiable dog wackos...20% are gifted, intelligent, and good-looking mildly looney dog lovers (not necessarily all in the same 20%), and the other 5% are just plain nuts!! So, welcome aboard, please buckle your seatbelt, or at least your pants, and enjoy the ride! jo
