A cute little mutt, and a very sad story to go with it, but a happy ending!
I can't beleive someone was going to let this dog live outside.I took him to the vet the next day and the vet said something else. He said he once had a very bad injury. He said that someone either threw him or smacked him so hard that they broke his top muzzle. It was no longer attached. Well let me tell you this little guy is an overcomer.He is at probly the best health NOW that he has ever been.
I can't help but think up nasty things I'd like to do to whoever smacked this cute little guy. He's missing most of his teeth, too, probably as a result of the abuse.

Ya but you know what he is the leader of the pack around here LOL.Thanks I have always thought if I was only left in the room with the person for 3 minutes!!!
