its the classic work of V. Stephanitz.

Its expensive costs about $75 USD , since this is the 1994 translation of the original 1925 German classic work

Vikram,  I have both the Geman and English version of this book.  They are both very different and the English version is not a translation of the German version.  The English version is very much taken from the standpoint of the the British Isles.  It is not a true translation.
