Hey guys, can't sleep and it is 2:45 so I went to the kitchen and made a peanutbutter sandwich.

Anyone know when/if Peter Pan Peanutbutter is going to come back?  I miss Peter Pan.................

P.S. To keep this german shepherd related, Tasso, my husbands dog LOVES peanutbutter!  He loves real butter too!  Can't leave it out for a minute or he will eat it!  Takes the lid off the peanutbutter jar too!

butter is a good tip if your dog eats a bone too fast and gets "clogged" up. this helps to lubricate their insides

Peanut butter is good to hide a pill in and they gobble it right down...I like Peanut Butter .

Oh brother, I'm in trouble, my Mojo, the little buggering thief, just stole a hunk of butter off the counter!   

peanut butter with ice cream?  hmmmmm.  Maybe chocolate ice cream but my favorite is peppermint and hot fudge.   Dang it too, gonna be an ice cream night tonight now.

This is actually a very good topic in regards to nutrition for canines and humans alike. So many foods, meds and supps work for canines as well as humans because a canine's physiology is similar to a human's.

 All the Top Pro BodyBuilders use Peanut Butter as one of their main staples.  PB is Protein and Fat. What is better for a dog?  When a BB'er is cutting for a contest, they drop a large portion of their calories from carbs, they have to bump up from those of protien , and slightly a little more fat to help hormonally(such as testosterone, growth hormone, etc).

 I cook every day for my dogs. I always have a couple of big stock pots of rice or some type of stew  simmering on the stove. I buy PB in bulk and mix it in while the rice is hot. The PB will liquify with a hot substance and it mixes easy.  If you dont believe that BB'ers consume tons of PB, check out Markus Ruhl at the grocery store. Look at the amount of PB he puts in his cart lol.

Mirasmom: UMBELIEVABLE :  I just went to the frig and got grape jelly and crackers and my peanut butter,,,sat down and saw  way way off topic and almost swallowed my cracker whole   how ironic,,,Im  out of ice cream  ,sugar, and my macaroni isnt ready yet and im trying to watch

The DALLAS COWBOYS   WIN   AND WANTED SOMETHING sweet      my dogs love peanut butter and I give pills with it......ill have to find it in bulk....but I only like    JIFF   creamy
