I like him - he has a really nice shoulder, which IMO is hard to come by in working or show lines.  Shorter upper arm than ideal, not as much angulation as some show-lines have (but I think it makes him look more athletic and probably he is in fact more athletic because of it) - nice topline, nice head, I like more black on the mask/muzzle, but his pigment is good - good looking handsome boy.

I like him and I'm a working dog person.  He doesn't look anywhere near 8-years either.

Thanks Molly  and Animules. Although he is from showlines, he does have a very athletic build, and he is very agile and athletic, especially for his age. The only sign he ever shows of his age is that when he does sleep, he is OUT! If I wake up in the middle of the night and accidentally kick him in the head, (he is always right next to the bed), he doesn't even flinch! :)

What a beautiful dog.  What does his progeny look like?

The kennel that raises this bloodline and probably where you may have gotten him,, is right up the highway from me and I have a Timo de la Serena gr grandson

Ken White was instrumental for Timo's titles and National wins....

And Lars and Lara out of his full sister are coming my way!  I call them the Scandinavians.  Saxon's sister is a SchH3 bitch.  Very strong motherline too!!!  Nice hip scores.  I am so happy!

oops, sorry . , one of the shepherds just interrupted my typing with a cold wet nose and a nudge to get off of here.  NASS 2000

I cannot remember who owns Saxon,,,you wouldnt be Ken would you?  "K-9 Workshop"? Thats ok...Im pretty sure , that you  are not , as Ken is identified on these papers, as his handler.    not HOT....

Do you live in Texas,,,You dont have to id yourself...? I just knew immediately the dog as I have a male out of Timo aand Perle Vom Moosberghof mating that produced Fritz and then Franz Vom der Ludwig , father sire of my male.

Your male is awesome , and on my mom side , I havae Bruno von Arminius and Visum as grandparents..so I hope my 2 yr old grows to look like yours. I will be well pleased...Have you had any issues of health?  My male has had many bouts with Pano..but that is all,,He is so deep red and black , that he looks like a pot of copper.    I love your dogs head and shoulders.

Thanks Kaiser1979. No progeny from him, he is just getting trained for titling now! I know, I am a slacker. Circumstances didn't allow me to do the training when he was younger.  He is doing extremely well in the training though. You'd never know his age by watching him work.     He is my first love!

Luvmidog,

I did get him from Jennifer 7 years ago. I actually just got a female from her as well, different lines. Timo was quite a gem from what I have heard, though I never had the chance to see him in person. Jennifer tells me Saxon reminds her of him a lot. Molli was no slacker either!
