Arek Malinois, hands down; impossible to reach by phone because they are either outside training, walking dogs, gone trialing, etc. but they will return your messages and/or email. Although they specialize mainly in mallies, they can recommend or provide really nice working GSD's. My 10 year old red/black female GSD from Moe's breeding program way back in the day is still going strong and a 2 year old female longcoat sable GSD (not her breeding but from a gentleman she had trained with in her Schutzhund club whose bitch she appreciated) who she picked out for me as a 8 week old is everything she said the puppy would be: sweet and social who herds sheep and cattle like a hot damn.

We have one of her puppies, now a 3 year old, and I can't say enough about his temperament and looks. All of Michele's litters are whelped in the house - she has several dog rooms which she keeps impeccably clean, and the puppies are hand raised and socialized. She welcomes visitors and is very forthcoming in sharing information about her dogs and their progeny.
